Choosing a Shipping Option: We offer several FedEx shipping options to provide you with a wide choice of services and prices. FedEx Priority Overnight deliveries generally arrive by noon the next day after shipping, Standard Overnight deliveries generally arrive by the end of the work day the next day after shipping. FedEx does not provide any guaranteed delivery date or time for Home or Ground shipments. The customer assumes responsibility for delivery delays or product spoilage if they choose to ship perishable items via FedEx Home or FedEx Ground.
Delayed deliveries: We work closely with FedEx to do everything possible to get your package delivered in a timely fashion, but are not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to weather or “acts of God.” We ship within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
Incorrect addresses: We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order. Address corrections once the package has shipped often result in additional FedEx Correction Charges and potentially delivery delays, for which we are not responsible.
Unopened shipments: All boxes are clearly marked “Perishable” and must be opened and the contents refrigerated upon receipt. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.
Unavailable recipients: We are not responsible for shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable. If the package is a gift, please notify the recipient of its expected arrival date to avoid product spoilage.
No signature required: All of our shipments are sent ‘No Signature Required’, and under normal circumstances are left at the door if the recipient is not at home. Without prior notification, the FedEx driver may use his own discretion and decide the area is not safe to leave the package. Orders sent to multi-unit dwelling such as apartment buildings may not be released unless someone is home to accept them. In this instance, please consider shipping to your work address. We will not be held responsible for packages that were delivered late or spoiled because a recipient was not home and FedEx was unable to release.
Holiday volume: During periods of peak holiday volume, such as but not limited to the days preceding Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, we encourage you to schedule the package to arrive a day prior to special events to avoid stress due to unforeseen delays. FedEx does not ‘guarantee’ that your package will arrive by any specific time of day. You are not entitled to a refund of package delivery charges, or value of the package contents, if the package is delivered later than usual in the same delivery day.
Terms and conditions: By placing an order on our website you are granting consent for your credit card to be charged for the items and services you have specified, including any changes to shipping methods or dates we may need to correct to ensure the safe and proper delivery of your package(s). All reasonable attempts to contact you shall be made to verify such changes, however, in the event you cannot be reached we reserve the right, at our discretion,to make adjustments to the shipping method of the order, or cancel the order, if we deem it unsafe or unwise to process as the customer has requested.
